Selling your home fast doesn’t have to be a complicated process. The first thing that you want to consider when showcasing your home is to point out the most attractive feature to your buyer. You want to make sure that your home is design to sell and that all minor repairs have been attended to before you put it up for sale. Your real estate results will be much better if you’ve put in the work and time to renovate your home specifically for selling.

A personal design mirrors our very essence, hidden feelings and traits we often disregard. Is it safe to expose them? Is it safe to let people know who we really are? Yes, because that’s what it takes to make out of interior decorations a real art: to give something to the world, to create.

And one of the very first things you can do for your home interior design project will be to decide precisely what you’re going to do. For example, are you going to go through the entire house one room at a time or are you going to do only one or two rooms right now. This is an important decision, so take your time and make sure it is what you want to do. This decision dictates the how, what and when of then next phases.

If you are looking to fill up your walls with some artwork, you can place a few small pieces together in a group. You need to make sure that they are not too terribly close together and that the spacing is correct. A good rule of thumb is about 2 to 3 inches between frames depending on the space that you have.

Use warm flooring in the bedroom. A cold floor can be a nasty shock first thing in the morning. Be sure to use something like carpet or wood flooring in the bedroom. Avoid ceramic, marble, or any other cool surfaces. If warm flooring isn’t an option, put a rug down under or near the bed.

The very fact that it doesn’t change from one image to another, gives it a value because you chose it. Think of it as a bit of Interior Design tool. The single unchanging picture in the living room has the responsibility of proclaiming your sense of style, in the same way as the paint on the wall, the furniture in the room, and the lighting mechanism.

Avoid using too many graphics. While graphics are important to give your website a professional, cohesive and well-designed look, using too many of them can create clutter. You should never use graphics simply to decorate your site; they are used to improve your site. Having the appropriate number of graphics that do not create clutter improves the usability of your website, too.
